I recite al-Quran regularly and do the prayers punctually. Alhamdulillah. I also exercise regularly, making me fit and feel well. Despite those things, I have terrible emotion-fluctuation. My emotion goes up and down. Sometimes, I feel peaceful. Sometimes, the thought of  my past memories, the future, the relationship and dreams are running in my head, many times making me feel bad. I don't feel so satisfied with my achievements and productivity. There is just one way to solve it, catch the achievement I want, and adjust my life like I dream. I am working on it. But, everything is going well anyway. I mean, my routines. The best thing is my routines are well arranged, like my bed time and get-up time, simple thing like that.  I believe things are getting better :)
